Fixed the cargo issues, this resulted in 2x size of ship due to minimum cargo block being 1x1 and ship being scaled at .5 originally.

this means it does and will cost more to build and to work with BUT this can be remidied by simply modifying entire ship and reducing the size to the max.

I am playing again and very active so expect new mods, new ships and fixes to old designs.
