Added import export functionality for settings.

When searching objects to edit in the mod menu, the objects can be filtered by mod name. Everything after a # will be used to filter the mod name while everything before it will filter against the label.

Improved dynamic tooltips for main- and architect-buttons by highlighting active entry. If a main button is a dropdown button it displays it's registered buttons. Invisible main buttons are displayed at the end to prevent relevant information from being cut off in large lists.

Replaced the "short date" toggle with a "date style" selection.

Added dynamic tooltips to mainbuttons and architect buttons order setting that display the orderings and visibility of all buttons in the respective category. This should make it so that users no longer have to switch between entries to find out which value to use.
