added some frills to her socks to simulate the red and white stripes :)

- Gave her a more smug anime look and sparkling green eyes <3
- Removed ugly camo stockings and added one stripe instead since that was the only option available to me.
- Gave her some actual pigtails... I'm very satisfied with her current look :)
- Also added a pair of armbands to give her sleeves a bit more of a puffier look ^_^
- Ooh and eyebrows... you know, for that extra smug look :o
