Imperial Ambition should now give lv 1 capitals properly for machine empires (the localisation might still say normal capital, I will get to that, eventually).

Fixed bug for Hive Minds and machine Empires were the requirement for certain perks would display "One Vision" instead of "One Purpose".

- Fixed Ecumenopolis for robots.
