Mod/Scenario - None (Vanilla)


The eighth in my "First Run Hover Vehicles" series, the HoverCamper is a "Short-Duration Expedition" starter HV with a "walkable" interior, that - although is open to the elements - can be modified easily into being airtight and pressurised (see the Vehicle Tour video), and can also be upgraded to a Tier 2 CPU (it comes as Tier 1).
This HoverCamper is propelled by 4 Hover Engines (with space for 4 more) and has two medium thrusters in all four directions - make no mistake, it is fairly slow and sluggish, but I think that's the trade-off for having a T1 starter HV that you can walk around in.
It also comes with: a detector; a Harvest Module; a 1,125 SU Ore & Wood Container; a 125 SU Ammo Container with space for 1 extension; 1 large cargo box with space for at least 1 more; 1 mini fridge; a Wi-Fi; an O² Station with an O² Tank and space for 2 more; and a clone chamber plus space for a medic station. The power generation is provided by a small generator (with space to upgrade to a normal generator), and it has three small fuel tanks with room for more fuel. The HoverCamper is armed with a Gatling Turret for drone and predator defence.
- NOTE - any Mini Fridges on board come turned off by default.
- NOTE - has been edited to remove the window in the roof of the rear compartment that the player model was getting caught on (for some reason). This does mean that the CPU is now 1 higher (2 blocks replaced the window), the silicone cost is slightly lower and the carbon substrate is slightly higher than shown in the pictures.
- NOTE - 2 LCD Projectors have been added to the vehicle's cab since the screenshots were taken, and so the CPU will have increased by 2 and the materials cost will have increased slightly too.





Body = Carbon Composite.
Deck Plating/Floor = Container Extensions & Carbon Composite.
Armour = None.
Turning the 'Power Save' custom signal on turns the following devices off:
Wi-Fi; Light Control devices; Holoprojection "Device & Signal Toggles" Info Screens.
