Bald Bull

Bald Bull from the fighting game series Punch-Out!! Has excellent stats and a moveset with uppercuts, headbutts, and some low blows. Customized AI Logic to make him more aggressive than the usual opponent. Has three attires; his default being his 2009 attire, his Mask X attire from the game Arm Wrestling, and his attire from Punch-Out!! featuring Mr. Dream.

Unfortunately lacking the mutton chops since I couldn't find the mutton chops for him. I was planning on using the sides of Tiger Mask but they were too large.
