PowerFang's No Enchanting Restrictions

***** Description *****

This mod makes EVERY item able to be disenchanted and hence learn the enchantment on the item - and i do mean every item.

It also allows ALL enchants to be used on ALL Apparel pieces.

Enchanting is already OP at max level, might as well have some fun with it by combining some of the crazy enchants.

P.s. Just so its clear - i dont think this mod is balanced in any way which is why i have flagged it as a "cheat". With most of the mods i make, i try not to effect balance in any way - but i also like making fun mods and in these mods, i dont even think about balance, i just make what i think would be fun to play with :)

* I removed the keyword that stops an item being disenchanted so all items can be disenchanted
* I created a FormList with every enchantable slot in it
* I then attached this FormList to EVERY base enchant
