Well it is because Skell's Power Up Pack does it without needing ServerPerks(and that's only for his pack)......can't you do it too to this pack? Or you don't know how to?

And what other standalone trader mutator that doesn't require ServerPerks but emulates it and just adds it to the stock vanilla trader menu?

It's definitely possible. You may find such kind of mutators in other weapons. Or may be there is working standalone trader mutator. At least it was

Ok, how do I get it *without* needing ServerPerks be ran on the server? Like just have it added to the vanilla shop menu?
