If there is a way to make it so it only randomizes city-state traits on the initial startup, this mod would be so much better, but because it reduces the value of certain city-states, I may have to disable it if I want to play with unique units and not get confused as to what city-state has what resources...
On top of that, the problem I mentioned above, in that it randomizes city-state traits per session, is that it severely cripples the value of militaristic and mercantile city-states. Militaristic, because if you reload a save, you no longer receive unique units from them. On top of that, any city-state that becomes a militaristic city-state after the game is reloaded does NOT provide any unique unit at all, which takes the shine off them.
