Open the MDL file, search for YearFrom = 1990, and change 1990 to the year you need.

Thank you! Is there a way to edit this mod so I can use it a earlier without using the unlimited mod? I am doing a play through where I am not using the "unlimited" mod and have am relying on thing unlocking as the years progress.

You can subscribe to the "unlimited" mod and all vehicles will be available in 1850.

Hello! I am curious about this mod; is it possible to modify it to use earlier than 1990? It seems like it works like a bus, is this correct?

A great complement to give "life" to our cities. It is wonderful to see taxis in the avenues and streets of a big city. Thank you very much for your work.
