Super Efficient Cell Quality Quickbuilds

A set of very efficient quickbuild cells in quality ratings 1-10, plus some with all needs included, for lockup or luxury reasons.

Please note: This mod changes the prefabs.txt file, which makes it incompatible with other modifications that change this file.

Includes two family cells -- one basic, one with all needs met

Everything should work no matter which way you rotate, except for the weight machine in the lock-in rooms. You may need to remove and rotate it to the correct spot for those two rooms.
