I definitely love this realm!

i cant even play the track cuz the wind is pushing me back and i cant move

I think you did a very good job making a Wind Realm; you used actual wind speed to go against the driver to actually challenge them, and few realm tracks on the workshop actually test the skill required. However, I think this track lacks visually; you chose a grey windy sky and brown mountains and ground which are good for a realm like this, but that means the track should be Hotwheels-style red to make it stand out and keep the realm visually appealing, as opposed to the same bland gray. The coloured tornado particles are a nice touch too, but their strange colouring doesn't quite fit in the "right way" with the sort of bland way everything else is coloured. If I were you I would tone down the vibrant colours of the wind, or make the colours of the roads and ground/mountains more visually interesting, but mechanically, there's nothing I'd change.
