Standing Stone Tweak Buff

Some minor buffs to only a handful of the Standing Stones I felt were lacking, and needed some more additional benefits to make them more viable to other stones. Additions and changes are in Bold.

100 points increase Magicka, 50% Absorb spells, -50% Magicka regen.

Regenerate Health and Stamina 50% Faster.

+50 Armor, 25% magic resistance. 10%+ One-Handed and Two-Handed damage.

Raises all the dead around you 100 Radius to fight for you once per day, for 5 minutes.

Paralyze the target for 10 seconds, and do 5 points of poison damage for 10 seconds, once a day.

Invisibility for 120 seconds once per day.
