Better Great Wall tile improvement

Beskrivelse
Allows the Great Wall tile improvement to be built on tiles with woods and rainforest.

Ranged units with the Garrison-promotion will be boosted when standing on a tile with a Great Wall (the promotion originally gives +10 ranged strength when standing in a district or a fort, now also when standing in a great wall tile).

So the game says the wall can't be destroyed by natural disasters, only pillaged. But it's apparently not coded to withstand forest fires. So using this mod to build through forests has a great risk of losing the wall, and the not being able to rebuild due to border expansion. :steamsad:

Does the AI make those glitches, or is it forbidden to build on ressources ?

it's possible to make them buildable on top of resources, but that causes the resource do visually disappear. So I don't think that should be possible when it causes a "glitch" like that.

Can you make them able to be built on top of luxury and strategic resources? And also remove the requirement for it having to be built inside borders? I don't want to waste my good tiles on walls.
