Undecorated, except for gather spots - and I've tried to keep them away from the statue so your citizens don't clip into it. If you want to decorate it, I suggest you pick up Prop and Tree Anarchy and More Beautification.

Cost is 2000. No decorations present, no dependencies, no DLCs required. Stats are from the Small Park, but modified to take into account the size of the asset.
