You have it. It comes for free with your Half-Life 2 copy. I searched for "Source" in your library and I can see it right now in there.

lol Half Life Source is unavailable in my region even though in the past I had this game in my possesion :/ Now if I load any maps from this addon I don't see certain npcs like grunts or scientists, I can just hear their sounds but nothing is there. Only Barney seems to work :/
