Bugs make you cry more!

This item gives you a tears up for every fly/spider in the room up to 2x tears when there are 8 or more bugs in the room! Can break the normal fire rate cap, allowing you to fire faster than the normal maximum!

The bugs can be enemies, or they can be friendly bugs like blue flies, blue spiders, pretty flies, or any other fly\spider you can think of! This means you can get permanent tears up if you have bugs familiars like Forever Alone, Lost Fly, Angry Fly, Big Fan, Obsessed Fan, Sissy Long Legs, Spider mod, etc. Or even from a pretty fly pill!
It also means that it's very good with anything that spawns alot of blue flies/spiders.

But be careful. Beacuse if you touch enemy bugs, they deal you double damage! (only from contact damage).

When you take contact damage form a bug, you have a chance to pee (Lemon Mishap) out of panic! xD. The chance to pee depends on the number of the bugs in the room. If there are 8 or more bugs in the room you have 100% chance to pee.

Can be found in the Treasure Room.

If you want to balance this, why not make it a trinket, similiar to Black Feather.

I buffed the item a bit to make it more relevant. It now only takes 7 bugs to reach the cap of x2 tears. Rewarding you even more for having bugs familiars

Suggestion:

Make it so that you get soymilk firerate when you become beelzebub, or make it so you can't transform into beelzebub at all.
