Fixed flickering & purple and black textures when on lower quality texture detail.

Models in the screenshots don't contain animation, they're posed.

@The World War II Fan convert the file you want from .jpg to .vmt & .vtf using VTFEdit. It can be downloaded here https://vtfedit.software.informer.com/1.3/ Next change the texture in the .vmt to "VertexlitGeneric" and load it into the game. To do this I exstracted a addon and stuck the file in it. next I used a tool to put the texture on the model like to submaturial tool on the workshop. Remember to change where the file is located in the .vmt file next to base "$basetexture".
