They do fit the theme. Adding custom classes to the district would be something you can do. Simply access the file from the steam workshop folder and look for the section where the courtesan name is and add the extra sections for the class you want to link with it.
I don't mod this game anymore, and I would not have access to the classes made by other creators. I am friends with ActionJack so he allowed me to use Courtesan for this.
In the past I tried, still adding the names and 'requiring" the other classes, if someone did not have 1 of the classes, the whole thing triggered crashes.
Other users may have found a workaround since, im might not be in the loop.
The district code needs to be added to the class itself, for it to work. Which is not something I would have access to.
You can add the code yourself to the Harlot class in your files, so that Harlot will be able to use these bonuses.

That is odd - it is an old mod so it's possible that COM or another update broke it. Did you deactivate the mod in between building it and questing? That's the only thing I can think of thast may cause it to disappear. Did you try making it again and did the issue repeat?
