MG08 Machine Gun Model

This model is the German's respose to the massive calvary charges and waves of infantry attacks that was contended in the beginning of the First World War and that is the MG08 Machine Gun emplacement. This Machine Gun created the most devestating damage on the battlefields, almost racking the same amount of deaths in one hour than an entire days worth of shelling. It fired a 8.57MM Cartridge (Equivelant to a 7.62x53MM) at a firing rate of nearly 600 rounds per minute and an effective range of up to 2,500 meters.

This model is not an original piece and instead a custom made put together model from other games. Credit goes to Tripwire for the main body of the machine gun and Verdun for the Cooling Barrel, Action, Bullets, and camoflauge on the end of the cooling barrel as well as the Normal Map Decals that decorate the weapon to make it as authentic as possible.

The model includes an array of bodygroups and two variants that attempt to represent their looks in the real great war.
