Buffed Shotguns (SS3)

Because you can always make the shotguns buffier than buff. Also because the Double Shotgun wasn't changed at all for BFE Fusion, which slightly offends me. Same stat changes as the SSHD version, which are narrower spread, more pellets, adjusted damage, and faster firing rates.

Oh, and you can one-shot Gnaars with a Single Shotgun because Croteam nerfed their health for some reason.

Single Shotgun:
- Changed to 9 pellets from 7
- Damage still at 10 for a total of 90 damage
- Decreased fire delay to 1 sec from 1.15 sec
- 15 shell magazine and reload time left untouched cuz reloading doesn't bother me much anymore

Double Shotgun:
- Changed to 18 pellets from 14
- Damage still at 10 for a total of 180 damage
- Decreased fire delay to 1.55 sec from 1.7 sec
