This is an old abandoned industrial warehouse building. Since it is abandoned, it is a park with no stats, however, you can always make it function with the RICO settings panel.

wont completely break save but it did stop working as a industrial building and only worked as a tourist building even after changing it in rico

This thing is great! Since it acts as a park, I renamed it "Museum of Industrial History". Very cool attraction at the gates of my industrial zone.
