Presidential Towers

The Presidential Towers is a set of four identical skyscrapers in Chicago's West Loop neighborhood downtown. At 49 stories, these tan concrete hulks are staggered to give their residents prime views of the city - which gives the buildings themselves an imposing tableau.

I feel proud of this one. I learned a lot about texture baking, and sorta learned how to make a frosted glass effect.

(As you can see in the satellite picture, these towers feature a complex of shops and skywalks at their base, which occupies 2 city blocks. For sanity purposes, I have not made these features.)
