I merely and modestly restructured, remodeled, and redecorated it to be a functioning level 3 starting base for survival according to my own preferences. It has room for one SV on the roof and an open hangar for a few small HVs. At level 5 you can place two screen doors to seal it off. Check the screenshots for building specifications.
