Since my server [ins2u-mge.gameme.com] doesn t have bots you need to create yourself the .nav file:

sv_cheats 1
nav_edit 1
look at a walkable area (the ground)
nav_mark_walkable
then once u see purple marker appear
nav_generate


then add bots using this guide:
