British Seaside Shop Set 2

A set of three 3X3 shops, low commercial level 1 to level 3. Garden can expand up to 3X4. Based on victorian shops often seen in British seaside towns.

Uses randomised props so each shop looks a bit different, including eleven randomised shop names.

Make sure you subscribe to my randomised shop signs and to my walls and fences pack otherwise the shop names and fences will be missing.

Level one is a basic semi detatched shop, level two gets bay windows on the upper floor, a larger rear extension and side extensions, level three gets a third floor.

All have custom LODs and night lighting. 1200 to 2400 triangles depending on level, LODs are 55 to 90 triangles depending on level.
