Gears Of War: COG Armor Pack [Vers. 2.0.0]

Yes, I know I cannot rig hands, so now they look like rat claws.






Fix for floating head bug by Asriel Valentine:

"Found a fix, surviving a mission gave their bodies back. Granted they had to sit back the enitre mission. Also getting them knocked out where they bleed out fixed it to but that puts them at risk of dying."



This mod adds customization options for the popular video game series: Gears Of War. As of now, there are a few options to pick from, and hopefully this mod will gradually grow with every new udpates.

(Updates may take time as weekends are now the only time avaliable when I can work on mods.)

- Retouch on the textures to make them less reflective on some maps
- Re-Rig some of the customizations to improve the movements visually in-game
- You should see that some of this mod customization options are more compatible with the Vanilla XCOM 2 ones

I'm planning to add as many customization options for the Gears of War series based on the popularity given to me via the comment section. But besides that, here is what I'm already currently trying to work on.

(Taking a small break so that I can work on other project, meanwhile feel free to leave suggestion on the discussion section.)

+improve textures
+improve rigging and paint weight (I know, I know it's horrendous)

The used assets for this mod belongs to The Coalition/EPIC Games and I have no part in their creations. I merely ported the assets so that it's usuable on XCOM.
I do not profit from this addon in any way, and I uploaded this for noncommercial uses.

-Gildor: For providing the necessary tools to port the assets. Without him, this porting stuff is impossible.
-Epic Games: For the creation of the assets used here. Without them, we wouldn't get a great video game series.
-Count Grimhart: For teaching me how to texture properly. Without him, these models would look like one of those cheap knock-offs toys you bought from a dark alleyway.
-EmperorStanwyck: He is my tester for my future mod which hopefully prevent furthers bugs and unwanted issues.

Q: What happened to all your halo mods?
A: I've decided to abandon it, there are people better than I working on that, hence I've decided to move on to something besides Halo.

Q: Will you post this mod to Nexus
A: As of now, no. But if anyone wants to post it on my behalf, feel free. (Chances of being banned due not to being original assets.)

Q: What are your plans for this mod
A: It's up to the subscriber(You) to decide where this mod will continue to. (As long as it's according to the theme, of course!

Q: Are you planning to make a gears of War weapon mod?
A: Attempted it, and it's honestly giving me a headache. If someone want to take up the mantle, please please please do so. If no one else does it, I'll *probaly* get into it someday, but as of now, it's far from my top priority.

Q: Can you please add [Gears of War 4 Character] to this pack?
A: Not at the moment, due to the modding tool avaliable at the moment.

Q: What happened to your fallout pack?
A: There was some kind of error in XCOM 2 development tool for me where I cannot make a new proper project files for this mod. Hence I used the fallout ranger mod as a template. Long story short, I stupidly accidentally deleted the fallout ranger pack, REALLY REALLY sorry, you have the right to be mad.
