Reduced Matter Upgrades 25% Edition.

As the name suggests Reduces the amount of upgrade modules you'll need to gather to get that matter tool fully upgraded.

so for example
matter deconstruction Upgrade 3 normally costs a whooping 32 Manipulator Modules....that'll have you searching planets for days.....
now it only costs 8 75% less than it normally would...the same goes for the other upgrades.

the liquid,paint and wire upgrades each cost 1.


I have done this for my own reason to reduce the ridiculous amount of time a single player has to spend grinding each planet for a small amount of them.
a simple optional to download modifcation to the numbers located at
\interface\scripted\mmupgrade\mmupgradegui.config
can save a player hours of going though the same stuff over and over again.

WARNING:
stops mods like"Spawnable Item Pack" from working.
but hell...if you're using that you can just spawn those upgrades in.


if you think only using 25% is a bit too small try the 50% version.
