you made a mistake while uploading your file. You probably forget to select "Lion's Coach C" and only selected "Lion's Coach" in FBS Workshop Repaint Converter. So that your repaint is not available in game and no one can play with it. You can reupload your file with correct choice but you will perhaps delete this one. Or you edit the mod.cfg file present in directory "My documents/ Fernbus/Mods/ your mod name", you'll only have to add the current directry name (add _C after MAN_LionsCoach" or symply erase all and copy what I have put here under.
