This ship is equipped with only one armament, a 300 MW Titanium:Sapphire Violet Laser able to disable targets at the in-game maximum engagement range of 1,000Km (or one Megameter). Five 1.07GW nuclear reactors (admittedly, I'm not great at designing these reactors, so it's probably possible to supply enough power with a single reactor) supply the energy needed to fire it.

In combat, this ship is capable of disabling projectile based weapons, drones, and missiles from a safe distance. Versus other ships armed with lasers, however, this ship does not stand much chance. Even the vanilla 13MW lasers at 1,000Km are sufficient to disable it within milliseconds.

This was something I made a while back just to see if I could make a ship which relied solely on a powerful laser to get the job done. If I were to improve upon this design, I would take into account how vulnerable it is to other lasers.
