This mod adds the Spartan-II class mod to your game
armoured, shielded and able to wield any gun, these badasses
wil take down the enemy of man.

Requires the long war perk pack or LW2 to function!

and even though by now it shares little with its source material in code, it still tought my how to code with reverse engineering, So Thanks once more, NafNaf_95 :)

excuse me. i'm sorry to be a bother, but i made it all the way up to the last mission in base xcom 2, and the spartan 2 class just stopped working. i have the long war perk pack active, but the screen says the class name and says my troop needs to be a brigadier to have one of the base abilities.

I've tried to look for solutions and couldn't find anything, so i'm crossing my fingers and reaching out to you.

any idea if this will ever be made to work for vanilla again? ive got the version that works for WOTC but really fancy playing a LW campaign again and i enjoyed having spartans leading my trooper squads.

Looks like all the files inside the main mod file has disappeared. I had a look at the main mod file and it is coming up as an empty file.

I tried to run in Vanilla but as said, needs long war perk pack, but not for the third row, but because it takes some abilities from it.
It should then have it as "required items" then, having it is not optional.

@NoX I just tried this and it didnt work. i followed NickG posting to a T but im not sure what went wrong. And im not sure if will be getting another mod like this one for a long while. It sucks cause i realy enjoyed this mod alot

I'm not sure if anyone can help, but could it be possible to fix the mod so that it uses Long War pistols? As it stands these guys can only use the tier 1 pistol.

I revamped this class into a boba fett-style bounty hunter with a gauntlet and a sniper rifle. The left tree has defensive flamer perks, the middle tree has sniper and utility pistol perks, and the right tree has long-range offensive rocketeer perks.

I found a solution. Just copy the old mod file into the mod folder for xom2. Take a look at the post of NickG from 29.Jan.
