Basic Parks Pack

It seems pretty stupid to not have a public crapper or some kind of place to sit around in the city. Let me and a bunch of the wonderful props on the workshop fix that problem real quick.

This is essentially a bunch of low end, "basic" parks that are designed to help boost the happiness a little bit and try to give you some means to break up zones. With the exception of the "freebie" 4x4 Family park I threw in, all the basic parks are 2x2 and must be placed on a road or path.

Basic Items include:

- Uni Bathrooms
- Thoughtful Spot
- BBQ Pit
- Drinking Fountains
- Picnic Pavilion

Stats of all 2x2 Basic items:
Placement Cost: $50
Maintenance Cost: $10
Entertainment Accumulation: 10
Entertainment Radius: 50

Stats of the Small Family Park
Placement Cost: $250
Maintenance Cost: $75
Entertainment Accumulation: 75
Entertainment Radius: 200

The parks don't require water or electricity to run (but trust me, the toilets do have running water), but can be used to bridge power to areas. How convenient!
