Vegetation Increase Higher Treeline

This is a alternate version of the increase vegetation mod that makes sure trees can grow at higher elevation.

- Treeline is set to 1000 meters.
- All other features of the vegetation increase mod are still here.
- Note that i am not the creator of the original vegetation increase mod. I just coppied it and changed the treeline seting, because i like mountain maps, but hate to see them empty of trees.
- the maker of the vegetation increase mod probebly had his reasons for cutting back the vanilla treeline to 350, so you have been warned for possible lag caused by the amount of trees..... :(
