描述
This mod changes the portraits of almost all country leaders, admirals, generals and field marshalls to black and white photos to make playing the game more immersive.

I know that there are a few similar mods out there but none of them seem to be complete or well done. Many say "We will do generals/random leaders later" and then nothing happens.
But I found a mod which was almost complete and had really good portraits. Sadly the author stopped updating it (it is still on 1.2.1) and he also doesn't answer anymore for half a year.
I used his mod as a base and expanded it greatly.

What does it exactly do?
-All starting leaders have new photos
-The majority of countries have leaders for the major 3 ideologies
-All generals have new portrais
-Most majors now have a neutral leader (except USA, USSR and Japan)
-The Raj now has all generals available from the beginning (except for if you use the dlc)
-Finland now has Carl Gustav Emil Mannerheim as field marshall
-New Generals for Turkey, South Africa, Netherlands, Duch east Indies and both Chinas


(Btw, yes, that's the best photo of the fascist leader of Greece you can find on the internet. I had to dig deep to find it)

Alright, i changed the Hapsburg portrait myself. Problem is you can't mod it. It can only be changed by replacing the DLC portrait with a different one of the same name. That worked for me.

Like any other portrait you need to know which name the file has and then name the new portrait the same after you put it into the folder of the country you want to change.
The DLC portraits have a different file format though (and thus different names) so you need to change all event and national focus codes to your portrait name and file format.
This worked for Together for Victory but somehow not for Death or Dishour. That's why I couldn't change Habsburg (NOT Hapsburg) portrait yet.
I will work at this mod again after Waking the Tiger because it will probabably mess everything up and thus changing the mod now is a waste of time

Is the Hapsburg portrait done? Last I checked it was still the same vanilla portrait

@nightlisious the original portrait belongs to the DLC Death or Dishonour so you need to search for it in the DLC files

China has leaders for all ideologies. Which mods do you use besides mine?
