描述

Inspired by Le Corbusier's cellular apartment housing, this condominium is short enough to let in natural light into part of the courtyard in temperate areas while providing an even better place to relax on the green roof. Green roofs help decrease the urban heat island effect and decrease and sewage usage. L2 residential Ploppable RICO file included. Is 72 households good for this building?

This has a low poly LOD with UV unwrapping so it should look decent from a distance. Now the green roof is darker so it looks better up close too.

Is it possible to add green roofs like in green cities? complete with grass

I made the greenroofs as part of the geometry and texture. I altered the formerly cement roof's geometry to have ledges and replaced the roof cement texture with grass. The cement portions are taken from a different part of the texture, also used for the floors of the patios.
