I used Blender to both model the environment and bake the current textures. I used the SteamVR Workshop Tools for preparing everything and packaging it up for the Workshop.
Blender is free, and you can get it here:
https://www.blender.org/
SteamVR Workshop Tools wiki:
https://developer.valvesoftware.com/wiki/SteamVR/Environments
Something important I missed the first time I looked through the wiki was where to get the tools.
"To launch SteamVR Workshop Tools, go to the SteamVR Status Menu > Workshop > Create / Modify an Environment."
The files should be with your other Workshop content.
I appreciate you taking interest, since I don't have the time to work on this kind of stuff anymore. I hope this has been helpful, and best of luck!
I've placed some trophies and Steam panels on the bridge.
Any chance you'll put some better textures in there and perhaps a subtle engine sound?
Thanks!
