I built this to bring PPM into the modern era

i suggest removing it and using this.

This fixes several issues that plague users of PPM icluding the renderbreak, the server killing ragdoll, and the ability for superadmins to easily set the restriction on ragdolls and NPCs

this addon is compatable with CPPM

i'd like to thank Nova, Wire expresion2, and DarkRP, for getting me into coding Lua. and scentus for the addon this was made from

note: if you have vanilla PPM and join a server that uses this, you may see missing textures becuase someone is wearing socks or a head gradiant. if you have this, don't try to take socks and such into servers with vanillla PPM. if you try, you'll crash rendering and spam everyone's console with lua errors.

you can scale your legs and neck
server operators can restrict how much with the following cvars
ppm_height_min which decides the minimum leg and neck scaling
ppm_height_max which decides the maximum leg and neck scaling
ppm_scale_min which decides the minimum model scaling
ppm_scale_max which decides the maximum model scaling
