Any tutorials o how to create a citizen mod ?

Pity these arent citizens mods so you can add them as FAV sims instead they just say they are servicemen but you cant track them or fav them as they only 'randomly' appear when you follow a cop car hoping one of them will jump out and catch teh invisible criminal. The invisible criminal is a joke too all these years and skylines still hasnt made the criminal visible so we can see the cops struggling with him. I mean i notice how they have made the cims dance in the concerts now with arms up clapping and dancing so why cant they put more effort into the police and detective visuals???

Please answer the question, how look is citizen skeleton bones and weight skin, ready to export. PM

a citizen mod would be cool with it(thus) I can determine only this civil type zbs only this policeman appears

I will try to find out what's causing that error. I'm getting the same error message but this only happen to the detectives and police officer I uploaded. It's probably some sort of bug that paradox didn't fix.

No mods in use. This is the message from output_log.txt
Everytime I click on a spawned detective there is an error message where you usually see information about the name, where the person is going to, ... But with this citizen I get this localization message. I am using the german localized version of the game.
