Also, we can do something good with 'war declaration' system, like, to damage blocks of another faction you must be in war with them, all factionless players are not protected by not beign in a faction eighter so they will have to make one if they want to play multiplayer online.
War declaration can activate a timer in wich both faction structures are vulnerable to damages untill the end of the timer, then the war end.
If we can mix this war declaration system with offline protection system, there is the solution.
It renders blocks invulnerable when:
1) Player is offline
2) Player is x distance away
I think claim blocks should become a security beacon, they already despawn when taxes aren't paid.
