描述
A set of five 1X2 houses, low residential level 1 to level 5. Garden can expand up to 1X4. Based on victorian homes often seen in British seaside towns.

Uses randomised props so each house looks a bit different.

Make sure you subscribe to my walls and fences pack otherwise the gardens won't have any fences around them.

Level one is a basic row house, level two gains bay windows on the ground floor, level three gets bay windows on the upper floor and a larger rear extension, level four gets a third floor, level five gets a third floor extension and bay windows.

All have custom LODs and night lighting. 600 to 1200 triangles depending on level, LODs are 34 to 44 triangles depending on level.

@TeddyPenguin You should use Building Themes and the Theme Manager to create specific themes for each of the different types.

I love these houses, they look so good! I do have a problem though. I subscribed to all 4 house sets and put them in a district style, but the houses sometimes level up to a higher level of one of the other houses, which ruins the street view. I am probably doing something wrong, but I can't figure out what. Can you maybe tell me what is going on?

This is the best UK housing (and shops/factories) set because the bright colours that rotate match the palette of vanilla C:S, so I can treat 'em like vanilla rowhousing. Also, they're all ready to go for level 1 to 5.

Excellent job Sparky66, They look great with a nice variety. I live 25 minutes from the Norfolk coast and often see these type of houses on my travels. :steamhappy:
