Pattern Tool

A tool built for sandbox. Allows you to make copies of a prop in a patterned way, including by position, angle and colour. The patterned props will have the original props material, renderFX and render mode.

Options for pattern to be based on global or local coordinate system, and weld and/or no collide each new prop to the previous prop in the pattern.
