[DOOM 2016] Plasma Rifle Swep w/ C_models

Hey Demon Slayaz.... or Demon Pacifists! This here is the DOOM 2016 Plasma Rifle with not only c_models, buuuut fun particles and a vulcan hand gesture which I think people will be mad about.... I think it's funny. The particles were made by Roach as well as being altered by me, it's also my first time making my own particles as well. Enjoy this addon my friends.

Q: where's the plasma cutter? Where's the ebony blade?
A: I don't know, the plasma cutter is left back at Tau Volantis and the Ebony Blade.... well Mephala wants me to do something in order for me to upload this thing
