Andrews House (Growable)

A 4x4 L1 residential growable version of Andrew's house.

For the RICO ploppable, please click here, though this asset here is the version I'd go with.

The other one uses 2048 textures, has a large footprint and an asset dependency. It was really created on a lark to be placed only once in a city. I mean, Andrew lives in one house, not many similar houses.

About this asset

It's a rather generic duplex, so it should fit in well in any low to mid-level suburb.

1274 tris - main model
100 tris - lod

1024x1024 - textures for the main model (all except colour, as I didn't enable colour variations)
256x256 lod textures.

If you are a derivative works kind of person, and you would like to re-texture, or outright re-do this asset for your own personal use, (or to put back up on the Workshop, because the world needs more duplexes) feel free to have a gander at these files[drive.google.com]. The model was created in Blender 2.78, and I've included those files in addition to the .fbx files that CIties uses. The texture images uploaded there are 2048x2048, because that's what I used for the other asset.

Small disclaimer: I'm a hobbyist and do this purely for my own self-gratification. If you find a bug with the asset, let me know and I'll see if I can fix it. I wouldn't expect any updates or future iterations, however.

And finally, yes, this is a re-creation of an IRL house where my buddy Andrew lives with his wife and two kids. Well, they live in one half of the house, the right side. It is a duplex after all. Richard lives in the other half.

Also, if you're the astute sort, I've fixed the fake floors, they do not appear in the windows like you see in the preview image. Sorry folks, I'm still learning!
