The World Of Erith

Erith, is a world filled with beasts, gunpowder and swords. A place where there is a constant struggle between those that follow the old traditional ways of fighting with shields and swords and those who exploit the power of flintlock weapons. This new contraption the people of Erith hold, has shifted the balance that once existed. The old powerful creatures such as rexes and spinos no-longer ruled the world and the humans started to take control of it by killing them off. The more the humans evolved this technology, the greater were the ways they find in killing each other. Although throughout all the trouble, a light was found as the technology allowed massive ships to be built which helped with trading and settling establishments. The privateer market has become one of the most lucrative jobs out there although banditry was also on the rise as folks realized that stealing from others would allow them to make large amounts of profit. This came in the form of piracy, highway robbers and barbarians.
