If you do not believe me go check the game suggestions i posted on steam, not a single one of these guys had anything nice to say regarding any of the idea's i had for improving the game mayorly and easily.
Anyhow this game is just a mayor dissapointment, and i will most likely never play it again becasue of the poor game mechanics, slow development and a self serving fachist community.
You can not build a claim block when battlements or machicolations (or in general blocks) from a adjacent tower are above it. I get the idea, that in this case one or more blocks are "blocking" the claim block because they are on the same grid, but in the following screenshot you can see, that it should have enough air to breathe (I removed the machiolations from the tower on this grid).

I think the detection mechanism if the claim block has access to the sky or not should not (only) be dependent on grid blocks which are above it but also if it is somehow sourrounded by landscape voxels/block combination (which would prevent players from bury it underground)
