描述
Confounding their neighbors with their extreme secrecy, the Evon are easily recognized by their iridescent blue-black skin and shimmering gown like clothing. They tend to build elabotate, ornate cities, revealing an intricacy in design that paralels everything they do. These beings are both mystical and mysterious, creating a society rich in ceremony, evoking questions that they will not readily answer. Inspired by master of orion.

They finally seem to be catching up with patching out the various bugs. I took a break from. It when they announced the latest beta (which is now a released patch finally) because of the sheer number of changes. Hopefully it'll be stable a while now.

honestly no idea on the dlc question. It doesn't have a shipset and I've seen comments on other civs that they show up as factions without dlc.

Nice to see them back :) - Any plans on adding their creators? ( I don't know if there's any info on how they should look, though )


Also, do I need the newest DLC for this?
