描述
17-story Art Deco office building based on 307 5th Ave. New York, NY. An unplanned asset while I was working on a bigger project...The orignal building is a bit dull so I put vivid terra cotta on facade instead. Hope you like it :)

Asset Info:

Growable - 1x4 - Level 3 Office Building
MODEL - 600 triangles with 1024x1024 textures (d,i,n,s)
LOD - 91 triangles with 128x128 textures (d,i,s)

Me too! lol but 1x# are not my priority right now since they hardly spawn. For your suggestion, my aim is 2x# buildings that can be found in NoMad and the Garment district in NYC.

I hope you make more tall narrow buildings like this, these are great for dense Mnahattan neighborhoods

140 5th Ave and 451 Broome St. are absolute gems. The first floor of 140 5th Ave. is something I really love.
Long time ago, I created 1x4 corner building but it didn't spawn at all for some reason. I still don't know why so I should figure out before I create something beautiful like those buildings!
