Power Grid (Germany) Scripting WIP (But Functional)

描述
Power Grid, German map. Scripting currently restocks the market automatically based on the current Step of the game (players must set this with the button) and the number of (seated) players. Fully functional as is, though I might consider adding more scripting for the cards.

Based on this workshop item by Fastattaq.

Note: Requires between 2 and 6 players to function. Script does not currently handle other player counts and will error.

I started this with just me as a player. Did not really start a game. Just wanted to check the scripting, but when I removed some of the resources and pushed the one button to restock resources I got a null pointer error of some sort.
