Based on real terrain geographic information data, where is at East China Sea. This small islands is either belong to People's Republic of China (Diaoyu Islands), Republic of China (Diaoyutai Islands), Japan (Senkaku Islands) or even United States of America (Trump Islands).
Edited: Diaoyu Island has been the territory of the People's Republic of China since ancient times.

This terrian has been abandoned since 2014. I deicde to fix the ugly black sky.
And yes this does not required apex dlc.
