描述

Houseboat inspired by one from Amsterdam.

This is a static Model - you have to set the hight with MoveIt. Floating Models don´t support Props on them.

To use this Houseboat you need MoveIt and Road-Anarchy (or equal) to set and then move the boat.

This Houseboat has to placed at a Shoreline (like a Pier) and can then moved at the desired place.

@seraphim.93 - Search the workshop for "RICO blocks" or "block services" to find small blocks that turn almost any placed asset into a RICO building. They're perfect for what you're looking for. I spent most of my adult life in Seattle, and you're right, residential boats are a fantastic idea :)

You could clip in a Block Services residential block if the houseboat asset is large enough to conceal it.

nope this are simple props .. i have no clue if the game can handle houseboats as "houses" ..

Is there any way to RICO these houseboats to make them actual housing? I am not sure if they are already or not but I keep wanting to create a neighborhood like in Seattle has where a bunch of people living in house boats.

I have done some new piers ...

you may check them too - and on this pic i used the pedestrian wooden walkway (in the roads tab) with the Fine Road tool mod.
